Arbitrary triangle

If you don’t know the height of a triangle, but the side lengths are the only given information, the area is given by:

A=sqrt{s*(s-a)*(s-b)*(s-c)}

where a,b and c are the side lengths and s=frac{a+b+c}{2}

You can also use Qin Jiushaos formula given by:

A=frac{1}{2}sqrt{a^2*c^2-(frac{a^2+c^2-b^2}{2})^2}
